Early Play Program Manual - Aboriginal Adaptation

The Early Play program manual is now available in an edition adapted for Aboriginal People with support from the Ballina - Cabbage Tree Island community within the Bundjalung Nation

Developed by Genevieve Johnsson, Psychologist and Early Intervention Specialist, Aspect Building Blocks®, Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect).

The Early Play Program will benefit parents and educators living/working with a young child diagnosed with autism whose play skills are more often solitary and who may not be currently engaging in social interaction with others. The program supports these families and professionals by equipping them with the skills to begin forming meaningful exchanges and to build positive relationships with your child as well as maximising your child’s outcomes.
